Lemon Balm hydrolat has a strong relaxing, calming and anti-cramping effect. This effect has been extensively scientifically researched. Due to these properties, the hydrolat is also mildly analgesic in conditions caused by cramping. Calming for eczema and irritated skin, also for diaper rash in combination with the hydrolat of Roman Chamomile. Use for refreshment.
It can be taken by drinking a teaspoon in a glass of water (hot or cold) in the ratio 1:10. For insomnia complaints, just before going to sleep. The hydrosol can be applied neat to the skin.
